We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Helpdesk Support to join a well-established IT company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT helpdesk and customer service desk support to internal users.
  • Deliver general support for Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC desktops and notebooks.
  • Assist in the management and troubleshooting of trading systems.
  • Monitor and support WiFi connectivity to ensure reliable access.
  • Provide support for server operations.
  • Offer remote support to users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Set up and support video conferencing systems for meetings and presentations.

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or certificate in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a focus on trading systems.
  • Experience in the financial services (FS) industry is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
