We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Helpdesk Support to join a well-established IT company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT helpdesk and customer service desk support to internal users.
- Deliver general support for Windows operating systems and desktop environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PC desktops and notebooks.
- Assist in the management and troubleshooting of trading systems.
- Monitor and support WiFi connectivity to ensure reliable access.
- Provide support for server operations.
- Offer remote support to users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Set up and support video conferencing systems for meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Higher diploma or certificate in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field, with a focus on trading systems.
- Experience in the financial services (FS) industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
