• Provide expert system administration for container platforms, utilizing container and orchestration packages.
• Handle installation, configuration, patching, upgrading, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver 24/7 maintenance and support for the system.
• Compile reports and maintain system documentation.
• Offer advice and support to tenants regarding all system-related issues on the container platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the implementation, configuration, administration, and support of e-applications using open-source software, including Linux, Apache, MySQL, Python, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructures that utilize containers and Kubernetes, along with strong knowledge of microservices and DevOps practices.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in network design and support.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting container platforms with orchestration packages such as OpenShift or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting applications or infrastructures using service mesh technologies.
• Knowledge and experience in administering virtualized hosting platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
