Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st tier technical support to internal customers (onsite or remotely).
  • Support the following systems:
    • MS Windows
    • MS Office
    • Corporate communication systems (email, instant messaging, video conferencing equipment).
  • Perform hardware and software installations (workstations, laptops, printers).
  • Provide onsite support for PC, printer, network, and peripheral issues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software.
  • Conduct system administration and health checks as assigned.
  • Handle office administrative services and ad-hoc support.
  • Assist with remote operations to the data center during office hours.
  • Provide occasional extended hours support by mutual agreement.

Requirements
  • Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT systems and end-user support.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, systems, and software development.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
