- Provide 1st tier technical support to internal customers (onsite or remotely).
- Support the following systems:
- MS Windows
- MS Office
- Corporate communication systems (email, instant messaging, video conferencing equipment).
- Perform hardware and software installations (workstations, laptops, printers).
- Provide onsite support for PC, printer, network, and peripheral issues.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software.
- Conduct system administration and health checks as assigned.
- Handle office administrative services and ad-hoc support.
- Assist with remote operations to the data center during office hours.
- Provide occasional extended hours support by mutual agreement.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT systems and end-user support.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, systems, and software development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
