- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement network solutions.
- Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
- Respond to network outages and incidents promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in network support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
