We are seeking a dedicated IT Helpdesk Technician to join a stable and well-established organization. The ideal candidate will provide general IT support to internal users, focusing on laptops, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general technical support to internal users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of laptops and other devices.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across various systems.
  • Provide Level 1 to Level 2 support, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on IT best practices and software usage.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma in IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in general IT support practices.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
