Responsibilities 

• Support the 24/7 IT Monitoring Centre and Data Centre operations.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and application performance, providing first-tier troubleshooting.
• Execute key activities like system/batch job processing, health checks, and report generation.
• Collaborate proactively with the operations team to achieve objectives.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and support as needed.
• Participate in shift work (24/7 availability required).

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the IT industry; fresh graduates are welcome!
• Familiarity with cloud and virtualization technologies is a plus.
• IT certifications (ITIL, Azure, AWS, etc.) are advantageous.
• Programming skills in PowerShell, Java, or VBScript are a bonus.
• Experience with tools like SCCM, Datadog, or Azure Monitor is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
