Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Intune/SCCM for endpoint management, device compliance, and setup policies.
• Address and reduce endpoint incidents/vulnerabilities while meeting SLAs.
• Provide Tier 3 support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes for endpoint issues.
• Oversee application packaging and deployment processes in Intune or SCCM.
• Support team members in completing tasks related to endpoint projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT engineering, focusing on endpoint and vulnerability management.
• Proven track record of delivering endpoint-related projects successfully.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, and PowerShell.
• Experience in application packaging and deployment in Intune/SCCM.
• Experience in managing platforms, not just infrastructure.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Windows Virtual Desktop, Azure DevOps, and Automation is a plus.
