Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the migration project, including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project updates, risk assessment, and documentation.
- Oversee data loading processes with IT teams and prepare data for fraud strategy development and system testing.
- Create programs to automate data loading and report generation.
- Design and prepare test cases for system, strategy, and process testing.
- Work with Data & Tech team to automate processes and implement strategies.
- Create dashboards for data quality checks and to monitor strategy performance.
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics and system development, preferably in CRM and Banking projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in PySpark, Python, BigQuery SQL, and SAS.
- Data Mining: Proven experience in mining large datasets for quick insights.
- Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, and Looker Studio is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, customer service focus, and a proactive attitude.
