Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new digital product opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new digital products, services, and features
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to develop product requirements and specifications
- Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business impact and customer needs
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and drive adoption
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation
- Champion a customer-centric approach to product development and ensure that products meet the needs of the customers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital products and services
- Strong understanding of the latest digital trends and technologies, including artificial intelligence, Chatbot, and data analytics
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new digital products
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decision-making
