- Create and set up digital content on multiple platforms like email, SMS, MMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Use workflow management tools to work with different stakeholders to guarantee timely content delivery that meets requirements.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders (IT, users, and project team) to align on project goals, expectations, and outputs.
- Perform testing and reviews to ensure compatibility and performance before the system launch.
- Generate reports on project progress, including challenges and achievements, to update stakeholders.
- Collect data insights to recommend improvements or new ideas in content strategies and project workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Data and Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of retail banking experience in digital messaging, data analytics, or project coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
- Emphasize simplicity when conveying and converting briefs into technical specifications.
- Highly client-focused, maintaining a positive attitude; able to communicate at all levels and perform well under pressure.
- Strong understanding and experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, content management solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager, and languages such as HTML5 and CSS.
