Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver digital messaging solutions across various platforms, including eDM, SMS, MMS, and Push Notifications.
  • Ensure top-tier execution from initial scoping to development, implementation support, and performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, analytics, and technology, to leverage diverse skills in analysis, design, and optimization.
  • Guarantee seamless execution of digital messaging campaigns, providing operational insights and practical design approaches.
  • Work closely with the business to drive campaign lead generation and monitor performance.
  • Analyze data to uncover business insights and share findings with the team.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management within retail banking.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the complete SDLC.
  • Proficient in or familiar with SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, and Pega.
  • Strong grasp of digital messaging technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager, as well as HTML5 and CSS.
  • Ability to simplify and translate briefs into technical specifications.
  • Client-focused with a positive attitude; effective communicator at all levels and able to perform well under pressure.
