- Responsible for the day-to-day project management to advance the implementation of the System, including project planning, tracking and control, resolving project issues, and applying quality control management.
- Liaise with all relevant parties for the implementation, ensuring that project deliverable are provided on time and meet user requirements.
- Attend related meetings for the implementation of the System.
- Provide coordination services for key management and key storage of the System.
- Involved in different project phases, including design, gathering requirements, development, and testing, to ensure comprehensive project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years managing IT projects for the HKSAR Government.
- Capable of managing multiple large/mega projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Professional certifications in agile software development practices, such as:
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification
- SCRUM Master (I, II, or III)
- Valid certification in PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent to facilitate effective project management.
- Ability to manage projects effectively under pressure, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.
- Good command of both Cantonese and English.
