As a Project Analyst, you'll be the key player in helping one of the HK market leaders embrace exciting digital changes! Your role is all about assisting with change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, and boosting the adoption of new technologies and IT processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead Change Initiatives:

    • Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
    • Develop robust change enablement strategies to enhance user adoption and mitigate resistance.

Communication and Engagement:

    • Leverage storytelling techniques to articulate the rationale behind changes and the benefits for stakeholders.
    • Design and deliver persuasive communication collateral and stakeholder engagement plans.

Assess Organizational Readiness:

    • Analyze the organizational impact of change initiatives at various levels (team, departmental, enterprise).
    • Implement user-centric methodologies, including ethnographic research and focus groups, to uncover pain points and identify best practices.

Manage Resistance:

    • Proactively identify and address anticipated resistance through targeted interventions.
    • Define and track success metrics, utilizing data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Develop Change Management Practices:

    • Create and refine change management assets, including toolkits and templates.
    • Conduct project retrospectives to capture lessons learned and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Collaborate with Project Managers:

    • Act as the primary liaison for people readiness, ensuring timely execution of fit-for-purpose change activities.
    • Apply a risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives in collaboration with project managers.

Focus on Customer Experience:

    • Engage with end-users to gather feedback on technology changes, ensuring a user-centric approach.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive digital adoption and enhance customer experience (CX).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of IT or business experience with a focus on digital adoption projects, with familiarity in the end-to-end digital product or project cycle to assist in the change journey.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for digital solutions and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
  • Experience in behavioral change management, digital project management, or organizational transformation is highly preferred.
  • Prosci, PMP or ScrumMaster certified is advantageous.
  • Experience in multicultural or MNC environments or consulting firm would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
