Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to uncover and document business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Involve in end-to-end project cycle, support the planning and execution of digital initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to capture requirements, analyze data, and deploy effective solutions.
- Partner with technical teams to craft and implement innovative solutions tailored to business needs.
- Responsible for UAT by devising test plans and coordinating testing efforts.
- Develop and sustain reports and dashboards to monitor the performance of digital initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure solutions align with user needs and enhance the customer journey.
- Equip agency staff with training and support on new digital tools and processes for seamless adoption.
- Evaluate data trends and user behavior to guide decision-making and refine digital strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis in insurance projects.
- Proven ownership of projects and tasks and familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working with insurance agency platforms/systems is a significant advantage.
- Ability to serve as a key player between the tech delivery team and end-users.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate proactive approaches in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Exhibit strong multitasking abilities to effectively manage diverse responsibilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
