Key Responsibilities:
- Data Manipulation:
- Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from SAP using Excel.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF) to perform data validation and transformations.
- Develop and maintain VBA macros to automate repetitive data processing tasks.
- Standardize and format data for consistency and accuracy.
- Data Analysis & Visualization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Create dynamic reports and dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics and findings.
- Utilize Power BI features to build interactive visualizations and enhance data storytelling.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Document data processing procedures and create user manuals for future reference.
- Present findings and insights to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data manipulation and analysis using Excel and Power BI.
- Basic understanding of HR Compensation & Benefits and Employment Ordinance, with experience in relevant HR ERP modules.
- Proficiency in Excel functions and formulas; experience with VBA.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills; proficiency in English and Cantonese.
