The following is a list of anticipated skills required for the Zoom implementation, Skype decommissioning projects:
- Skype Decommissioning: Step-by-step Skype site DCOM process inclusive of both Skype infrastructure tasks as well as other UC group activities (i.e.. Active Directory Group, NVS, etc.).
- Zoom Implementation: Enterprise Unified Communication (UC) experience, Zoom system design and implementation experience, general voice telephony skills and understanding
- Zoom Enterprise site design, planning, creation, validation
- Zoom Enterprise Site Transformation:
- User enablement support / validation for voice
- Site architecture and design documentation
- Communications and collaboration with site leads, CX, change management and CUSTOMER PM's
- Routing Rule creation
- Auto Receptionist / Call Queue creation
- Common Area Phone discovery / implementation
- Analog Endpoint / Media Pack discovery / implementation
- Bolt-On discovery / implementation
- Survivability testing / implementation
- E911 discovery / implementation
- Carrier DID range validation
- Carrier DID porting as required
- Legal Requirements: Policy restrictions related to traders and legal hold
- Decommission planning and handoff
- Site Architecture handoff to support
Key Skills required for this role include:
- Good understanding of multiple UC platforms (SfB - Skype for Business, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
- Strong background in rolling out enterprise UC platforms
- Ability to "own" a site implementation, including the design and coordination tasks that are necessary.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Occasional business travelling will be required
