Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ERP systems.
- Configure and customize ERP applications, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or AX.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of ERP solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective use of the ERP system.
- Document processes, system configurations, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the ERP framework.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering Information
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or AX is preferred; candidates with experience in other ERP systems are also welcome.
- Strong configuration and customization skills in ERP applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, particularly D365.
- Good command of both Chinese and English.
