- Evaluate and develop technical solutions for clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to design and implement technical solutions.
- Lead and participate in Azure/O365 projects to improve user experiences and productivity while ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and IT service management processes.
- Lead the 7x24 call center team to deliver professional services to clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in helpdesk support, Azure, O365 and security and compliance, workplace technology design and implementation.
- Proven track record in consultant and project management experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in client management, business development, pre-sales, or project delivery roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Prior experience in management consulting is highly preferred.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Passionate about emerging technologies such as IaC, Cloud, digital transformation.
- Self-driven, results-oriented and learn new technology solution proactively.
- Able to work in a fast pace and under pressure.
- Strong client-facing skills, with fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
