Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with both clients and candidates to find a successful match.
- You will deliver best-practice tailored recruitment processes to ensure both client and candidate needs are met.
- You will also be consistently achieving financial targets with minimal reliance on the Manager for job leads or candidates.
- Be a career partner to your candidates and clients, ensuring alignment between all parties.
- Source, screen and manage candidate expectations effectively throughout the entire process.
- University Bachelor's Degree, science's degree will be highly preferred
- 1-4 years of IT recruitment experience or having work experience wihtin the tech industry eg IT sales, presales, BA, PM etc will also be considered
- Goal orientated and motivated by excellent service delivery to clients and candidates
- Ability to listen to clients needs, provide solutions and execute service orientated strategies
- Demonstrated integrity, judgement and ethics relating to customer dealings
