Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user requirement studies and perform in-depth system analysis and design to identify enhancements that align with business needs.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for solution planning, service delivery, and technical support, ensuring effective partnerships.
- Manage the implementation of critical IT systems that support company business operations, including SaaS systems related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety performance management
- Focus on system revamp and integration efforts, ensuring alignment with business requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Participate actively in system deployment activities, including testing, training, documentation, maintenance, and ongoing support.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is desirable.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in IT services with a strong emphasis on system design and analysis.
- Extensive project and vendor management experience, demonstrating strong relationship management skills.
- SaaS system experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with IT applications such as Enablon and Sphera is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and agile methodologies (Scrum, DevOps) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in .NET, .NET Framework, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript, and RDBMS (e.g., MS SQL Server).
- Professional credentials in ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ScrumMaster, or related disciplines are preferred.
- Familiar with Agile software development methodology, Scrum, DevOps, API based application integration and experience.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of delivering effective solutions.

- Good spoken and written English and Cantonese.
