Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to build, integrate, and support innovative solutions.
- Ensure applications align with client policies and quality standards through daily monitoring.
- Provide robust production support and prepare comprehensive handover materials.
- Engage directly with clients on-site to manage incidents and issues.
- Supervise the offshore team to deliver effective application support.
- Proactively monitor and resolve production incidents within agreed service levels.
- Manage the BAU support team to address service request tickets efficiently.
- Assist in root cause analysis and propose solutions for incident management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle experience in analysis, architecture, and design documentation.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including:
- Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
- Apex class development and data object modeling
- SOQL and SOSL development
- Salesforce Lightning components and framework
- ETL processes integrated with MuleSoft
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL, MS-Access, Oracle).
- Familiarity with OpenShift, CI/CD, and Jenkins is a plus.
- Experience with programming languages such as NodeJS, Java, and ReactJS.
- Understanding of Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure ADB2C, Azure KeyVault).
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like Kibana and Dynatrace.
- Solid technical skills in coding, testing, and debugging.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
