• Assist in User Acceptance Testing to validate functionality and performance.
• Manage the deployment process for new systems and updates.
• Work closely with users to provide technical support and address any system-related issues.
• Prepare technical support procedures and system release documents, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in IT consultancy, focusing on project management or business analysis.
• Knowledge of the waterfall project cycle is essential.
• Familiarity with system deployment processes is required.
• Agile project experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
• Strong abilities in system bug reporting and vendor management.
