Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire SAP landscape, focusing on FICO modules, along with MM, SD, and PP, ensuring seamless functionality and integration with other systems.
- Lead initiatives for SAP enhancements and system integrations, providing expertise in configuration and reporting.
- Work closely with external vendors to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Develop and generate reports using Power BI, providing analysis and insights for business users.
- Serve as an internal SAP advisor, delivering high-quality SAP guidance and support.
- Take ownership as an IT Business Partner, collaborating with other departments to deliver valuable insights and support on system capabilities and functionality.
- Create detailed requirement specifications for new systems or modifications to existing systems for the development team.
- Conduct system integration tests and UAT to verify that systems fulfill user requirements.
- Regularly review system operations and establish best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in SAP implementation and project management, with a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle.
- Extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly with FICO modules, along with MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience with integration projects involving CRM, POS, or other in-house systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a business partner and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in generating insightful reports using SAP and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
