Our client is a global Luxury group and headquarter in Hong Kong. To cope with their growing business needs, they are now recruiting a Business Analyst/ Application Specialist to join their team to support for daily operations of Microsoft D365 and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support to end users and resolve their issues related to Microsoft D365
- Maintain, monitor and support Microsoft D365
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain documentations, including user guidelines, technical instruction
- Handle data cleansing and data migration
- Perform User Acceptance Test and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information System / Computer Science
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in related Dynamic 365 (ERP & CRM)
- Experience in MNC/ retail industry is highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
