Responsibilities:
- Gather user requirements and turn them into epic user stories
- Analyze all the systems and create super helpful documentation
- Team up with the QA crew to write killer test plans
- Conduct testing before the big launch
- Provide top-notch user training and demos when needed
- Communicate like a pro between the customer and the internal team
- Collaborate closely with the System Analyst and Project Manager and offshore developers
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects, preferably in Government Sector under an Agile environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with IT tools like JIRA, Confluence, Asana, and more
- Proactive, independent, and can meet tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of the SDLC (you're the expert!)
- Eager to learn new technologies (the future is calling!)
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
