Job Description:

  • Familiar with Insurance Authority guideline related to sales practice
  • Conduct daily quality assurance for sales channels
  • Identify non-qualify sales practice according to internal guidelines and insurance products natures
  • Prepare Management Report for sales call performance
  • Design and conduct training programs, material, and sales script to support all sales channels
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and/ or external partners for effective training development
  • Assist QA & Training projects as assigned by Team Manager
  • Maintain accurate CPD and QA Training records for internal review


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years Sales Training experience in life insurance or banking field
  • Possess sound life insurance knowledge, holder of IIQE paper 1 to 3
  • Proficient in MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferrable
  • Self-motivated, innovative with strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Multi-tasking within time constraint
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
