Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with IT Specialists: Support our IT Specialist in site preparation, system and network architecture, installation, validation, and thorough documentation.
- Oversee Technical Operations: Manage the administration and functionality of hardware, software, and network systems to maintain optimal performance.
- Implement Updates: Apply fixes, patches, and updates to improve system reliability and security.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and address technical challenges, providing essential support to ensure project success and a seamless user experience.
- A Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in IT, showcasing a strong technical support background.
- At least two (2) years of specialized experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Planning for site preparation, network sizing, and implementation support.
- Conducting system installation, configuration, integration, and performance optimization.
- Engaging in data modeling, maintaining data dictionaries, and optimizing databases.
- Excellent communication abilities in both spoken and written English and Chinese to facilitate effective teamwork.
