To provide onsite support to users for the application of integrated department. To provide technical assistance for the hardware peripherals, and related software applications.

Job Description:
The candidate will be required to perform the below tasks.
- Provide technical support to the department and PC hardware connected
- Provide technical support to document scanning kiosk in the Resource Centre
- Provide technical support to ticketing system in the Resource Centre
- Conduct daily health checks on the system
- Identify user reported issues and escalate them to responsible parties
- Provide a helpline for answering HC user inquiries
- Perform adhoc support tasks related to (e.g. workstation setup for briefings to external stakeholders, user training, etc.)
- Work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a small team on a shift basis.

Requirement Details:
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in AV/IT systems, with specific familiarity with kiosks, barcode scanners, and printers. They must have a minimum of one year's experience providing
comprehensive support and maintenance for AV/IT systems within a company or organization with a staff size of 50 or more employees.
In addition to their technical knowledge, the successful candidate should demonstrate excellent understanding of computer hardware and software, strong analytical, and ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting skill.
He/She shall have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and good command of English to communicate with Manager.
