System development and implementation for internally development. Ongoing system maintenance and support, enhancement and upgrade of the information systems in department, which are outsourced or internally developed / maintained.

1. Perform system implementation & integration and ongoing support & maintenance for application systems including but not limit to application systems using Cloud technologies.
2. Implement ad-hoc reports upon requests using reporting tools available in applications, including but not limit to Oracle Report, Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) software and iReport.
3. Assist in the systems analysis & design of the application systems, which are outsourced or internally developed / maintained.
4. Liaise, advise, Co-ordinate and work with other stakeholders such as business users, project teams, the contractors for the helpdesk, infrastructure teams and contractors in respect of support call handling, bug fixing, new requirement formulation, implementation, testing and rollout
5. Prepare and update the documentation for the support application systems.
6. Provide guidance to other staffs and review the quality of their deliverables.
7. Make use of best practices, standards or guidelines from the information technology (IT) industry whenever applicable.
8. Perform any other IT related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
 

Requirement Details:
1. Experience in 3-tier web application development
2. Strong analytical and communication skills
3. Experience in RDBMS such as Oracle, Maria DB is preferred
4. Experience in web/application servers such as Oracle Application Server is preferred
5. Experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 is preferred
6. Experiences in similar infrastructure of public sector are preferred.
7. Experiences in using IT standard/guidelines of the Government are preferred.
8. Experiences in using reporting tools for design and implementation of reports are preferred.
9. Experiences in developing web applications with cloud services are preferred.
