Job Duties
- Perform server system implementation, daily operations and trouble shooting
- Assist in hardware/ networking/ software monitoring, change management and release management
- Provide administration and maintenance on Windows Servers, VMWare, Firewall, Cisco switch and routers
- Apply regular security patch, install fixes, perform system health check
- Handle ad hoc system support, project implementation and documentation
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- MCITP/CCNA is an advantage
- A minimum of 2-3 years work experience in infrastructure administration and end-user support
- Hands-on experience in supporting VMware ESXi, Windows servers and server backup
- Good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
