Our client, a leading bank in Hong Kong, is expanding its digital solutions team and seeking a Digital Business Analyst to contribute to exciting Credit and Debit Card projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze digital business and customer behavior for Credit and Debit Card projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop high-level business requirements and customer journey maps informed by market research.
  • Drive requirements grooming sessions with stakeholders and gather management feedback.
  • Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria and secure necessary approvals.
  • Ensure digital deliverables meet business needs through support in in-sprint testing, UAT, and live testing.
  • Conduct impact analysis and technical feasibility studies for customer journeys to inform solution design.
  • Review user journey designs and materials prepared by the UI/UX team with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business Users and Project team.
  • Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies, providing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Digital teams for customer communication plans during product launches.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements management for digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with digital credit card acquisition, servicing, and rewards management journeys preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to address blockers and critical risks effectively.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking, customer-centric design, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to balance risks and benefits while optimizing costs and customer experience.
  • Proficient in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
