Job Objective:

  • Assist team head to manage end to end delivery of product enhancement, new product development or system projects, act as main liaison of different stakeholders in identifying and prioritizing critical project milestones and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in requirement gathering
  • Manage testing activities and lead a small team of testers
  • Provide fortnightly project update and prepare status reports to management
  • Provide production tasks/activities/post implementation support
  • Provide system service support to product & channel owners as well as CBG business and operation units

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in user requirement elicitation & provide analytical recommendation in business solution
  • Coordinate & negotiate with various parties including business user, IT, vendor, branch, operation unit, control unit to provide end to end solution for product/system rollout
  • Collaborate with technology to develop the platform features and capabilities
  • Produce requirement definition document in accordance with project documentation requirement and perform review on customer journey and user story
  • Provide input to testing team on test plan and test case formation and review to ensure all required scope is being covered
  • Lead/ conduct system development/enhancement testing by using Agile software methodology
  • Review user acceptance testing result performed by testing team and conduct regression testing to ensure production launch readiness
  • Produce accurate and detailed project/test reports and presentations to update on project milestones and status to management on a timely basis.
  • Provide recommendation on solution to address outstanding issues or risks
  • Management of production issues with users and technology, from UAT to delivery of fixes.
  • Management of team's work schedule and planning of release cycle with Technology partners.
  • Provide timely updates/escalation to management/stakeholders.
  • Provide post implementation support including Live Verification

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in user requirement elicitation and user stories documents preparation
  • Work closely with Product Owner and release manager for supporting sprint planning
  • Lead/ conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) throughout the sprint testing along with processes and documentation to ensure system deliverables conform to business requirement
  • Acquire domain knowledge and provide input on proposed solution
  • Assist in implementing various new products/ services in conjunction with other BU/SU
  • Ensure compliance & control requirement as built in related system
  • Ensure project tasks / activities accomplished in accordance with sprint planning and release schedule
  • Prepare communication, training materials and conduct training upon new product launch
  • Possesses good understanding of consumer banking business, products, and services. FX knowledge is preferred
  • Preferably with business analysis and project management experience & skill
  • Knowledge on banking products, policies, operational procedures, risk control requirement prevailing laws/regulations and compliance standard
  • Good understanding on the system applications and preferably with some technical knowledge
