Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements to craft functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and our internal IT team to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, and defect management.
• Engage with users to align on requirements, delivery schedules, and resource commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Sharp analytical skills and a passion for learning.
• Excellent communication skills to navigate business needs smoothly.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple deadlines.
• Experience launching digital products and applications.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Magento, and SQL is a plus!
• A technical mindset to collaborate effectively with our development team.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
