Our client is an international telecommunications provider who is looking for a NOC Engineer to join their global team.
The responsibilities will include but not limit to:
- Provide Tier 1 support to perform troubleshooting and solve clients' voice network issues
- Monitor and perform daily routine checking for mobiles, voice networks and system health
- Prepare documentations, and update clients inquires tickets
- Work closely with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teammates to perform appropriate actions to resolve technical faults
- Be on call 24x7 for escalations from the operation center
Requirements
- Higher Diploma and above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in Data and Voice communication field
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and customer oriented
- Being on call 24x7 support are required
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
